Pack your drone (props off, batteries stay with you) and ship it with any major carrier. The packing checklist arrives with your confirmation email.
We diagnose
We inspect, test and identify the issue — structural, electrical and everything between. Diagnosis is free.
You approve the quote
A detailed written quote — including a realistic timeline — before any work begins. No approval, no work, no charge.
We repair
Correct-fit parts and bench-level care, with the commonly broken DJI parts already in stock.
Tested & returned
Every drone is fully tested — including a flight check — then packed securely and shipped back with tracking.

Getting it to us
Mail it in from anywhere in Florida
Pack it, ship it with any major carrier, and track it the whole way — it’s an in-state trip to the bench. Your confirmation email includes the full packing checklist, and every repair ships back tested, with tracking.
Before you ship
- Power the drone off and remove the propellers
- Remove all batteries and keep them — don’t ship them
- Pad the gimbal well — it’s the most fragile part in transit
- Include a note with your name and what happened
