Insurance claim support
A hull claim needs two things: an honest assessment of the damage and paperwork an adjuster can act on. We provide both — for carriers and adjusters handling claims, and for insured pilots who need their loss documented properly.

Documentation that holds up
Damage assessment
Full teardown inspection and systems testing to establish what failed, what the probable cause was, and whether the aircraft is a repair or a total loss.
Written diagnostic reports
Plain-language reports with photos: findings, probable cause, itemized repair cost and airworthiness assessment — the documentation package a hull claim is built on.
Working with adjusters
We answer adjuster questions directly, provide supplemental documentation when a claim needs it, and complete approved repairs under the same written-quote process as every other job.
Carriers with specific documentation formats or claim workflows: contact us at info@gcdronemedic.com and we’ll align with your process.
How a claim intake works
- The insured pilot (or the carrier) submits the quote form and notes it's an insurance claim, with the claim number if one exists.
- The aircraft ships to us like any other intake — the confirmation email carries the packing checklist.
- We assess, document and deliver the written report to whoever the claim needs it to go to.
- If the claim approves a repair, it proceeds under our standard process: itemized quote, approval, repair, full testing before return.

Note the claim number on the form and we’ll take it from there.
