GULF COAST
DRONE MEDIC

The process

How it works

A repair clinic runs on protocol: five steps, no surprises, and you stay in control at every decision point.

  1. Send it in

Start with the quote form — it takes two minutes and tells us what to expect. You'll get a confirmation email with the full packing checklist: power the drone off, remove the propellers, remove and keep all batteries, pad the gimbal well, and include a note with your name and request details.

Ship with any major carrier — it's an in-state trip from anywhere in Florida, tracked the whole way.

  2. We diagnose

Your drone gets a full triage on arrival: physical inspection, powered systems testing, and flight-log review where the platform allows. We identify the actual fault — not just the visible symptom — because crash damage and corrosion both love to hide.

    Diagnosis is free. Always.

  3. You approve the quote

You receive a detailed written quote: what failed, what it takes to fix, what it costs, and a realistic timeline. If a repair doesn't make sense against replacement, the quote says so plainly.

No work begins until you approve. If you decline, we return your drone and you owe nothing for the diagnosis.

  4. We repair

Approved repairs happen with correct-fit parts and bench discipline — and the DJI parts that break most often are usually already in stock. If we find anything beyond the approved scope, we stop and contact you before touching it.

  5. Tested & returned

Every repair ends the same way: calibration, full-system bench tests and a flight check. Then your drone is packed securely and shipped back with tracking.

That's the whole process

Free diagnosis, a written quote with a realistic timeline, and every drone tested before return.
