The name is the whole philosophy. A medic doesn’t guess, doesn’t upsell, and doesn’t start treatment before the diagnosis. Neither do we. Every aircraft that arrives here gets the same protocol: triage, diagnosis, a written treatment plan you approve, the repair itself, and testing before discharge. Diagnose, treat, return to service.

We’re of the Gulf Coast, and it shows in the work. This coastline is the best flying in the country and the hardest place in the country to keep a drone healthy — salt air, sugar-fine sand, ninety-percent humidity and the occasional named storm. The failure patterns we see every week are the ones this region writes: corrosion that starts invisible, water landings that didn’t have to be fatal, wind-driven hard landings, heat-stressed electronics. We got good at them because our neighbors kept bringing them in.

The workbench is the honest part of the operation. Magnification, microsoldering, ultrasonic cleaning, bench power and test rigs — and the discipline to use them in the same order every time. We repair at component level where the fault allows, because replacing a whole board to fix one regulator is a tax on people who trusted us. When a repair genuinely isn’t worth it against replacement, the quote says so in plain language.

The standards are simple enough to publish: diagnosis is free. No work without your written approval. Every repair is tested — including a flight check — before it ships back. And we’re independent: not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by any drone manufacturer, which means the only interest we answer to is yours.
